In 2003 Shawn began to travel extensively under a ministry in the United States (Answering The Cries).  The LORD began to speak to Him about his call and what was about to take place in his life.  After 9 months in the U.S he went on to do some missions trips with Fresh Fire Ministries in Mexico, Africa, and Israel. Soon after this, God called him to Alaska.  In Alaska, Shawn began to organize power evangelism outreaches in the streets, hospitals, and coffee shops.  The LORD took him into an intense season of training in the prophetic and prayer while morning waking up every morning to the beautiful bald eagles of Alaska.  After 3 months, he came back to Ottawa where he began to write and started a prophetic home group (school) in the living room of a small house in his neighbourhood.  There were thirteen people and most all had been saved longer than he'd been alive.  They came from all different denominational backgrounds.  From that living room some years ago has come most of what is happening now.  During this time, he regularly brought teams of people to the streets, coffee shops, and restaurants to bring the power and love of Christ to them.  He eventually finished writing his first prophetic training manual and began to travel part-time once again.  For 9 months, the LORD called Shawn to continue only in part-time ministry and to go back to full-time secular work.  It was only for a season but the LORD kept moving extensively even in the work place and in preparing Him for the big launch.  At the end of June of '06, Shawn quit his job in obedience to the LORD and went to Moravian Falls in North Carolina where he had a life changing encounter for 45 minutes and the LORD commissioned him into full-time ministry.  There the birthing began and soon after, he was sitting in an old well-known prophet's house in South Carolina where his commission was confirmed and blessed with apostolic and prophetic blessing.

During this time, Shawn & Michelle met.  The LORD very quickly confirmed she was his wife through a really profound unusual supernatural encounter, but it wasn't until 6 months later their relationship really began. Michelle had just come back from attending Heidi Baker's school in Pemba, Mozambique and was ready to begin her life and ministry with her new partner.  In August of 2007, they were married and decided to launch a whole new face of ministry, which is now Kingdom Culture Ministries.  The establishing, building and labour for the thing that the LORD was making ready was carried over some years but now is here!!!!
