'KCM Associates'

Jesus put strong emphasis all throughout the gospels on discipleship and it's importance to the multiplication of His kingdom on this earth.  Luke 10:2, says, "...The harvest is truly great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the LORD of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest."  The heart of Jesus is to send out people to do His work that carry His DNA, the sons and daughters of God that manifest His character and nature everywhere they go.  Our heart at KCM is to raise up associates and mentor / disciple those that have a desire and a call to take the gospel of Christ with power, signs, and wonders to the nation and beyond.  What Shawn & Michelle have received from God was given freely, although with a price and through trust.  But it is their conviction to give away what they have received freely to others as that is one key to see multiplication and more of His kingdom invade the culture of the earth.  Jesus freely gave the impartation He received from the Father to His disciples, to those who were ready.  Matthew 10:1,7,8, "And when He had called His twelve disciples to Him, He gave them power over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease. 7 And as you go, preach saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.' 8 'Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons.  Freely you have received, freely give."  Jesus said to make disciples of all nations in Matthew 28:19 and we put strong importance and focus on this in this urgent hour.  The Greek word for disciples is 'mathetes' from the verb 'manthano,' meaning 'to learn.' The root is 'math,' suggesting thought with effort put forth.  A true disciple is teachable and a strong learner and someone who follows the teaching and their teacher, one who demonstrates the life of the one instructing them and teaching them.  Although Jesus is our ultimate role model, the true role of a mentor is to bring the one they are mentoring beyond where they are (John 14:12) and help lead them further into the lifestyle of Jesus Christ Himself.
