Job 1:10, "Have you not made a hedge around him, around his household, and around all that he has on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land."

The hedge intercessory prayer network is a daily prayer covering for Shawn & Michelle and KCM on a daily basis.  Prayer is what fuels the fire to burn brighter and brighter, and we really value and hold intercessory prayer as a high priority. 

satan came one day to God and noticed he couldn't bother Job. He recognized the supernatural hedge of protection surrounding Job and all his stuff and knew that he couldn't break through it to attack Job unless God gave him permission.  This is the vision for the hedge prayer team. Intercessory prayer helps establish a protective supernatural hedge around us and builds a strong structure of spiritual support and encouragement to move into the full potential of what the LORD has for us here at KCM. 

If you would like to join forces and help fill any holes in the hedge, we would love to have you partner with us. 

Hedge Commitment

The main role is to cover Shawn & Michelle, KCM, the interns and those that we mentor and train, all the ministry that takes place, all the ministry partners, and the finances, in prayer for at least 10 minutes per day.  Other special requests will be emailed out periodically.  Remember not everyone is called and able to commit and we understand that, so please pray and ask the LORD if He would have you stand in the gap for the entire ministry. 

"So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land..."

 Requirements for those who would like join

-        You feel the LORD nudging you to do so

-         You are part of a local body or fellowship of believers

-         You have sufficient covering from some form of leadership

-         You walk in righteousness and have a heart to see God’s kingdom be established on earth

-         You walk in brokenness and vulnerability with others

-         You have let go of any bitterness, hurts, and unforgiveness that you may have had in the past

-         You will commit to the boundaries set out by the Hedge and will walk with integrity

We truly believe that as you share with us in this task to prayerfully support KCM, that you also share in all the blessings and favour that are on the ministry.  When you sow into good soil, you always reap the benefits of what was sown.

The Hedge Co-ordinator

K.C McLean is Shawn & Michelle's full time intercessor and intercessory leader for all of KCM.  She oversees all prayer ministry and facilitates prayer strikes with the hedge team and is a true faithful woman of power and godly character.
